Network & Streaming Optimization
Use wired Ethernet
Get the most stable stream and lowest latency by connecting your device directly to the router. This avoids Wi‑Fi dropouts and is ideal for live sports and 4K playback.
Prefer 5GHz Wi‑Fi
Use the 5 GHz band for higher speeds and less interference. Stay close to the router and minimize walls or metal objects between the device and access point.
Close background apps
Pause large downloads, cloud backups, and other streams on the same network to free bandwidth. This reduces buffering and speeds up channel changes.
Enable hardware acceleration
Enable GPU‑assisted decoding in your IPTV app or device settings for smoother playback. Especially helpful for high‑bitrate HD and 4K content.
Increase buffer to 10–15s
Set the player buffer to 10–15 seconds to smooth temporary drops in speed. Useful on shared Wi‑Fi or during peak‑hour congestion.
Optional VPN
If your ISP throttles IPTV, try a nearby VPN server from a reputable provider. Test with and without VPN and keep the faster, more stable option.
